Short, plain terms.

These terms govern your use of the Hesaplı iOS app and its pages on metehanbicer.com, provided by independent developer Metehan Biçer (“the developer”). Because you get the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. These terms add to the EULA; where they conflict, the EULA prevails.

I grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Hesaplı on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, within the App Store Usage Rules. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the app is not allowed, except where the law expressly permits it. The app, its icons, images and texts belong to the developer.

Hesaplı Pro unlocks extra features such as unlimited category budgets and savings goals, installments and the credit card cycle, recurring payments and bill reminders, currency and gold, yearly and comparative stats, CSV and PDF export, Face ID lock, Lock Screen widgets and accent colour themes. It is available in three ways:

• Yearly subscription: starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews every year.
• Monthly subscription: renews every month.
• Lifetime: a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. To move your purchase to a new device, use “Restore purchases” on the Hesaplı Pro screen. The free features stay available whether or not you buy Pro.

The yearly subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged to your Apple account when it ends and the subscription begins. If you buy another plan during the trial, the rest of the trial ends. Under Apple’s rules, a free trial may be offered once per Apple account.

• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone under Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Pro stays active until then.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

The lifetime plan is a one-time payment. It does not renew and there is no subscription to cancel. Hesaplı Pro features stay available on the Apple account you bought them with for as long as the app is offered on the App Store and supported on your device.

Current prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and vary by country or region. If a subscription price changes, you will be told in advance under Apple’s rules, and asked to agree to the new price where Apple’s rules require it. If you don’t accept the new price, you can cancel before the renewal date.

All payments are taken by Apple, so Apple handles refund requests. As the developer I can’t issue refunds directly. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Hesaplı is a tool that adds up and shows the income and expense entries you make. It does not provide banking, investment, credit, insurance or tax services and does not give financial advice.

• The month’s insight, the “you can spend per day” figure and the stats are simple calculations from the entries you made. If entries are missing or wrong, so are the results.
• Currency and gold rates are for information only; they may be delayed and may differ from the buy and sell prices of your bank, exchange office or jeweller.
• For important decisions about money, debt or investments, talk to a professional.

Hesaplı keeps your entries only on your device; there is no copy on a developer server. If your phone is lost, broken or reset and you have no backup, your entries cannot be recovered. Making regular backups and keeping backup files somewhere safe is your responsibility, as is the security of your device and backups.

You agree to use Hesaplı lawfully. You are responsible for the files you export and share, and agree not to use the app to infringe the rights of others or for unlawful purposes.

Hesaplı is provided “as is”. I can’t guarantee that the app will run without interruption or errors, that calculations will be correct in every situation, or that your data will never be lost. Rights that the law provides and that cannot be limited are not affected.

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, Hesaplı, or from decisions made based on the app’s calculations or rates. In any case, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Hesaplı in the last 12 months. This limitation does not affect liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights under consumer protection law.

I may update these terms. I will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, I will also point it out in the app or on this site. Continuing to use Hesaplı after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes; consumers may also apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within the legal limits. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in are not affected.
