Online application and management platform for a public institution

A large-scale, live public platform that accepts applications from around the world. I built the online application flow, eligibility and exemption checks, 3D Secure card payments, and signed PDF document generation end to end, along with two separate APIs for internal staff and external users, Keycloak single sign-on, and permission-based access control across a 42-module admin panel.

A custom DDL engine and query layer that lets administrators define collections and fields at runtime while creating real PostgreSQL tables behind the scenes. I built the coach application and approval flow, availability calendar, booking and reservation management, package sales and payment flows, plus real-time messaging with SignalR, Expo push notifications, and Zoom-integrated video calls.

DevOps and infrastructure

Container-based deployments with Docker and Docker Swarm, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and nginx. Keycloak SSO, JWT with refresh tokens, role-based authorization, and two-factor authentication.

    Full Stack Developer

    Liberyus, Ankara

    End-to-end development of public-sector projects and per-customer enterprise systems, covering the backend, admin panel, and mobile app. Set up deployment pipelines with GitLab CI/CD and Docker Swarm.

  2. March 2023 to November 2024

    Software Developer

    ISANK, Ankara

    Built an accounting platform for the Danish market with OCR-based document reading, and a logistics and cargo tracking system whose architecture was designed from scratch.

  3. November 2020 to March 2023

    OdakGIS, Ankara

    Map-based modules and screens for land expropriation systems used by electricity distribution companies, public property and agricultural land automation, and an EU-funded environmental information system.

A developer who takes ownership of every layer of the product.

I started my career on map-based portals for the public sector. Today I work as a Full Stack Developer who builds all three layers end to end: the .NET backend, the web application, and the mobile app. From large-scale public platforms serving applicants worldwide to enterprise systems configured separately for each customer, most of what I have built is in active use today.

Lately my focus is on integrating AI into products: RAG assistants grounded in company documents, prompt-injection safeguards, and model evaluation pipelines, on both cloud-hosted models and self-hosted Ollama. I set up my own CI/CD and Docker-based deployments, document architecture decisions as ADRs, and care about writing maintainable, well-documented code.
