Your data stays on your phone.

Odaq does not collect, store or share any data that could identify you. It does not access your name, email address, location, contacts or device identifiers.

To work, the app keeps the following only on your iPhone, in its own storage:

• The sessions you complete and their lengths. The Progress screen, your streak and the weekly summary card are calculated from these.
• Your settings: durations, daily goal, auto-start, haptics and notification preferences.
• Task names you give your sessions.

Odaq never sends this information to a server; it does not reach me or any third party.

Odaq has no analytics, no ads, no advertising identifier and no tracking. The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data. Odaq does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins. You don’t have to provide any information to use the app.

End-of-session notifications are local notifications, scheduled by the app directly on your iPhone. No push server is involved and notification content is not sent anywhere. Allowing notifications is optional, and you can turn them off at any time in your iPhone’s Settings app.

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and the Live Activity (the countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island), read what they display from a shared container on your device (an App Group). This sharing happens only between Odaq and its own widgets, inside your device.

Because all of your data lives on your device, you’re in full control. When you delete Odaq from your iPhone, your sessions, settings and task names are permanently deleted with it.

Odaq is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and it serves its own fonts, so opening a page sends no requests to other companies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data such as IP addresses to deliver pages securely. I don’t use this data for analytics or advertising.

If I update this policy, I’ll post the changes on this page and update the effective date at the top.
